AO-06 Electrochemical Oxygen sensor
Product Brief:
The AO-06 oxygen sensor is an electrochemical sensor specifically
designed for measuring oxygen concentration in medical equipment.
Its interface model is 5520257-2. It adopts a molded main body
design and features rapid response and long service life. It can be
replaced domestically, helping customers reduce costs at the same
time
It provides outstanding quality.
The difference between this sensor and the AO-07 oxygen sensor lies
in the different pin definitions.
Full-range linear output
The operation does not require an external power supply
Temperature compensation
Quick response
Accurate and reliable
Strong anti-interference ability
Application scope:
The AO-06 oxygen sensor does not require an external power supply
when in operation. It has undergone professional and accurate
product calibration and temperature compensation before leaving the
factory. It can be used as the sensing component of oxygen
analyzers, such as oxygen generator control devices, medical
ventilators, anesthesia equipment, incubators, etc.
Installation requirements:
When installing the sensor, it should be tightened by hand and
ensure good air tightness. Do not use wrenches or similar
mechanical auxiliary tools to prevent the sensor thread from being
damaged due to excessive force.
Storage and Usage:
The AO-06 oxygen sensor should be protected from exposure to
high-concentration organic solvent vapors during storage,
installation and operation. When using sensors with printed circuit
boards (PCBS), the PCB should be cleaned with a degreaser before
installing the sensor to prevent impurities such as rosin from
evaporating and condensing, which could clog the breathable
membrane of the oxygen sensor. Organic solvents are prohibited on
the sensor housing as they may cause the plastic to crack.
Cleaning"
If the sensor housing is contaminated, the sensor can be cleaned
with distilled water and allowed to dry naturally. Steam cannot be
used on the sensor Steam sterilization or prolonged exposure of the
sensor to an environment containing chemicals such as ethylene
oxide and hydrogen peroxide.
